I’ve known Marlon for a few years now.  He was actually the DJ at our wedding! He is a dear friend and I have had the great opportunity to get to know his amazing wife, Caroline as well.  They welcomed their little baby girl, Anaiece to the world 9 months ago and it was it was an honor to take pictures of their growing family! Anaiece was so precious and calm throughout the entire session and if you have babies or are around them often, you know how rare that is!  Not one cry, not one fuss…she was the happiest she could be and it was if she knew she was getting her picture taken because she loved smiling for that camera!  We took these pictures at the beautiful Fort Worth Botanical Gardens (one of my all time favorite places to shoot in Fort Worth) and we felt like we had the place all to ourselves. We got up early and met there before the dreaded Texas heat made an appearance, even though being 7 months pregnant it didn’t stop me from sweating profusely! At least I wasn’t in front of the camera! We had a great time and I look forward to taking their pictures again and being able to watch their little girl grow up! Thank you Marlon and Caroline for choosing me to take portraits of your adorable family!
