Last Thursday I hosted a styled shoot with my dear friend and fellow photographer, Kimberly Harrell. We had a great time planning and putting this all together! Working with amazing vendors around the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex is always such an honor and I really feel blessed to work is such an amazing industry. All the vendors were so perfect with their craft and this styled shoot could not have happened without them! One of my favorite parts of this shoot though were the models, aka some great friends, some of who I hadn’t seen in forever!! I spent a good amount of time thinking about who would want to do something like this. It is a really fun time, getting all dolled up in hair and makeup and wearing gorgeous dresses-I guess it wasn’t too hard of an idea to sell! I contacted 5 friends I thought might be interested, along with a new friend Ashley who was amazing and soon became a friend as well!! All the girls knew only me except only a couple knew each other, yet you would never have known it after 5 minutes. They were all immediate best friends, chatting like they’d known each other for years. For me, it was so great to see these girls, some who I hadn’t seen since college and even longer. They absolutely rocked it and hopefully had as good of time as I did!

Kimberly and I spent a lot of the time organizing and making sure everything was running smoothly, snapping some pictures here and there. I loved working with her! She is the sweetest and we worked so well together! Thank you to all the amazing people that made this shoot possible!!
