Maddie and Nate’s wedding was absolutely PERFECT!!!!! Perfect in every single way, truly! Their summer wedding was at the tuscan style Dallas venue in McKinney, Texas-D’Vine Grace Vineyards. The venue is beautiful, no doubt but Maddie and Nate made it 10x more beautiful. All their wedding details were amazing. From Maddie’s handmade ring box made by her parents, to Nate’s shiny shoes and custom suit, although these were amazing to photograph, nothing beat the love these two showed for each other. I am not exaggerating when I tell you that their love is undeniable and so pure.

From the second I arrived, Nate was thinking all about the wedding details and thinking about everyone else. He was thinking about what I needed. WHAT?!! He was so on top of everything and wanted to make sure everything was perfect. He gave a tutorial to all his groomsmen on how to tie a bowtie, he made sure everyone was fed and caffeinated all day long, including Starbucks deliveries and Pizza Hut delivered at the end of the night. I remember Nate being very attentive at our consultation when I first met him and Maddie. He was very clear that he wanted the day to be perfect for Maddie and anything that he needed to do, he would. He was so thoughtful and fun the entire day and the way he looked at Maddie might be stuck in my head forever. He looked at her like she was so important to him and that he would do absolutely anything in the world for her.

Now let’s talk about the STUNNING Maddie! Yes, obviously she is drop dead gorgeous as you can see, but it is her kind spirit and heart that makes her so beautiful. And that is coming from me-someone who had only met her a couple times. She was so thoughtful of all her family members, friends, and bridesmaids. She wrote hand written notes to her parents and in-laws and made sure everyone felt so special. Every time I saw her hug somebody, it was a true, genuine hug filled with so much love. The love was contagious all day long. Maddie’s relationships with her parents was beautiful to see as well. Her first look with her dad had me choked up and so did the moment she gave her mom her gift. Maddie and her dad did a fun, choreographed dance for their father daughter dance too, and it was amazing!!

There were so many memories throughout the day/night and so many firsts for me to photograph that I never had before, including the groom serenade Maddie with his groomsmen instead of doing the garter toss. It was unbelievable!! So many people love these two so much and I was so honored to be the one to photograph their epic day and all these special moments.
